We’re reaching out to invite you to be a part of our mission, whether through volunteering, donating, or simply spreading awareness.
Our Mission
Our mission is to educate and spread awareness throughout Alabama. Collaborate with Rescues, Shelters, Animal Control, Veterinarians, City, County and State officials to create lasting change and protect those who cannot protect themselves.
ROAR is not a shelter or rescue, we are collaborating with all agencies to be the VOICE for those who cannot speak for themselves...ONE VOICE!
